Moxie and Mettle is recruiting for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of the marketing activity. This is a hands‑on position that blends creativity with structure, requiring someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, and maintain a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
The role is office-based, 5 days a week, so please only apply if you are happy with that arrangement. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand consistency, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the company’s values and ambitions. Key Responsibilities- External digital agency management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s external digital marketing agency, coordinating campaigns across email, social media, PPC and other digital channels, as well as supporting traditional marketing activity such as mailings, PR, case studies and company reviews.
- Performance reporting and analytics: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns, using analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics, assess return on investment, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Content creation and editorial work: Produce, proofread and edit a wide range of marketing content including website copy, case studies, testimonials, blogs, vlogs, press releases, newsletters and social media posts.
- CRM implementation and management: Support the implementation and ongoing management of the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately recorded.
- Internal communications: Contribute to regular internal communications, helping colleagues across the business stay informed about marketing performance, company updates and strategic direction.
About you
You will bring a blend of creativity, structure and commercial awareness. You will be self‑motivated, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision‑making. Experience working with external agencies, CRM systems and digital marketing tools will be highly beneficial. Above all, you will be committed to delivering high‑quality marketing activity that enhances brand reputation, supports client engagement and contributes to meaningful business results.
Benefits- Full time or part time (either 8.30 am to 5pm or 9.30 am to 3pm)
- Salary: To £33k (pro rata for part-time)
- Pension: 10% company contribution, minimum 2.5% employee contribution
- Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays
