We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Production Controller to join our team! You’ll play a key role in managing the production of our diverse and exciting range of titles—from purchase order through to completion. Working closely with external manufacturers and internal teams, you’ll help ensure our products are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely receipt of print files for supply to printers as per agreed schedules.
- Responsibility for project management work on a wide range of products from books, stationery and basic craft sets.
- Working with our Compliance Team, ensuring all products meet the required Safety and Compliance Standards for all relevant delivery destinations.
- Monitoring individual milestone deadlines with both printer and component suppliers to maintain shipping dates.
- Attention to detail to check accuracy of PTP/plotters/advances, including distribution to relevant in-house teams and external (co-edition customers) for additional approvals where required.
