Full Time, Fixed Term to 31st March 2026

The Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, (BNSSG), and their lead delivery partner, Bristol City Council are delighted to have been chosen to pilot the national WorkWell scheme in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

WorkWell is a pioneering scheme that will bring together local authorities, health, education, community and voluntary services to provide tailored support to people at risk of leaving work or being unable to return after a period of sickness. By working with people to tackle the barriers that can lead to economic activity, the scheme promises to change lives for the better while helping to grow the local economy.

We are seeking to recruit 4 Work and Health Coaches to join our existing team of 8 Coaches to help WorkWell West to support individuals across the BNSSG region who are either unemployed or at risk of losing their job through their health condition to gain, maintain or move closer to paid employment.

Ideally with experience in the employment and skills sector, the Work and Health Coaching Team will be based across the areas of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We shall try to place successful candidates in their preferred location as their geographical patch.

In return we can offer a salary of between £31,067 – £33,366, flexible working arrangements and a generous pension scheme.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
