The Development Management service processes planning applications, pre-application enquiries, condition discharges and appeals. At Senior Development Management Officer level this involves either a caseload of major planning applications or a large caseload of complex minor/other planning applications.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Preferred candidate is MRTPI qualified.
  • Capable of working independently on major and complex minor applications.
