We are looking for an enthusiastic senior community development practitioner to join the community development team at BCC. The role will focus on equity and inclusion, applying asset‑based principles to drive sustainable community capacity, strengthen equity voices and principles, and assist services and partners to deliver equitable and inclusive services across the city. This citywide role focuses on race equity.

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with diverse communities and addressing social inequities.
