Full Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to work within the SEND Assessment, Planning and Review Team as an Assessment Coordinator.
You will act as the key point of contact on behalf of the local authority, for children and young person (0-25) with special educational needs and disability and their families who are going through the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment Process.
You will be working with families and young people with special educational needs to ensure that they are at the centre of the process at all times, in the spirit of the Children and Families Act and The SEND Code of Practice.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
