Full Time, Fixed Term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
An opportunity has arisen in for a 12-month maternity cover within our Property Services Directorate, leading on the delivery of our exciting domestic retrofit programme.

What will I be doing?
You\’ll be acting as the day-to-day lead for BCC\’s domestic retrofit programme delivered across our large social housing estate. Sitting within our Strategic Asset Management Service you will commission the delivery of impactful decarbonisation projects, helping the organisation to achieve our climate and fuel poverty objectives.
Working closely with colleagues at our Strategic Partner (Bristol City Leap), you will help ensure that existing projects are delivered on time and on budget, while also bringing new projects online and maximising grant funding opportunities.
