We are looking for a highly organised Project Support Officer to support the development and delivery of strategic programmes across Early Help and Prevention services.
This role will support the Best Start in Life Programme, the development of Young Futures Hubs, and a range of wider Early Help priorities aimed at improving outcomes for children, young people and families across Bristol. As services continue to evolve, you will support the coordination of projects that strengthen prevention, early intervention, family support, youth provision and community-based services.
You will provide professional project and programme support, coordinating governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement activities. This will include supporting governance meetings, producing reports, coordinating workshops, undertaking research, monitoring actions and maintaining programme documentation.
The role offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders and partners across health, education, children's services and the voluntary and community sector, helping to shape and deliver services that make a lasting difference to the lives of children, young people and families.
We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. In return, you will gain experience working across a number of high-profile strategic programmes at a time of significant opportunity and transformation across Early Help and Prevention services.
