Full Time, Fixed Term – 18 months. We are looking to appoint a Project Engineer to join our Planned Maintenance service, to work within the team to deliver on Fire Risk Assessment actions and maintenance programmes of work as well as other Fire related areas within social housing.
Key responsibilities:
- Contract management and compliance on multiple streams of work, including fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, door entry, warden call systems, fire doors, compartmentation and communal electrical testing.
