Bristol City Council’s Housing & Landlord Services are recruiting a Plumbing Surveyor for the Responsive Repairs team to oversee day-to-day repairs across our 28,000 homes. You will inspect properties, identify plumbing hazards, and coordinate with in-house trades and external contractors to ensure safe, timely, and compliant outcomes.
You will hold a construction-related qualification and a driving licence; ACS Gas and NVQ levels are desirable but not essential.
