Overview
Full Time, Fixed Term – 9 months (potentially extendable).
Responsibilities
- Manage a patch in Bristol supporting residents to maintain their tenancies.
- Deal with cases of antisocial behaviour and breaches of tenancy.
- Collaborate with partner agencies, support services, and the police to ensure estates are places where tenants feel proud to live.
- Attend case conferences to discuss serious criminal activity and visit vulnerable tenants with support workers.
- Provide individualised support to a broad range of tenants, ensuring successful tenancy maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience in housing or public sector services.
- Understanding of issues affecting social housing tenants.
