Are you a passionate and creative communications professional looking for your next role? If so, this new Employee Engagement and Communications Advisor role might be for you.
We are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in developing and delivering internal communications and employee engagement campaigns.
Your role will be to create internal communications and employee engagement material to engage audiences for a range of projects. You will also support the work of our employee engagement consultants on larger projects in order to deliver project outcomes.
In addition, you will oversee and deliver our weekly communications pulse of news and updates to the workforce, working with officers to understand their aims and objectives. You’ll also work pro-actively to increase the visibility of senior leadership and create engagement opportunities for our colleagues.
We are looking for a communications professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects.
You would be joining a team of five and must be available to work in City Hall as and when required.
