We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Monitoring Officer to join the team. If you have an interest in development, law and the built environment, like working with numbers, and have a good eye for detail, we\’d love to hear from you. A planning qualification is not essential – we value enthusiasm, accuracy and a willingness to learn.
As part of Planning Services, the Planning Obligations Section is responsible for ensuring the effective management, monitoring, and delivery of developer contributions through the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements. You will work closely with planning officers, developers, legal and finance teams, to secure and manage funding that supports vital community infrastructure.
