We are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team. In this role, you will support the delivery of various installation and maintenance contracts, including Gas Servicing, Heating and Sprinkler installations. You will work closely with a skilled team within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Heating Team. The role is challenging but rewarding and requires an analytical approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and successfully resolve enquiries, questions and help achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Support Project Engineers in planned maintenance, including both planned and reactive maintenance for communal utilities (power and lighting, heating and hot water) in communal spaces.
