An exciting opportunity as a Case worker to support citizens and the staff teams across Bristol working in our North, East or South community teams.
The Community teams comprise of a Team Manager, Senior Occupational Therapist, Senior Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners/Occupational Therapy aide with a strong team ethos and a willingness to support each other in the work we do.
As a caseworker you will have a citizen focus as the role entails contacting Bristol Citizens to make enquiries, support the duty function of the team and ensure that people are waiting well. You will work in a busy team so will need to work well under pressure and be able to use your own initiative as well as offering support to the team.
You Will Need
Excellent Administrative And IT Skills To:
- Interrogate IT & manual systems to access and provide complex information.
- Collate and extract statistical data to inform caseload reviews & performance monitoring.
- Create & maintain bespoke data bases & spreadsheets to produce accurate management information.
If you have an inclusive attitude and knowledge about Equalities, an understanding of social care legislation and the Care Act including data handling and confidentiality please consider applying. You will work in a busy team so will need to work well under pressure and be able to use your own initiative as well as offering support to the team.
