Wansdyke Primary School is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children, individually or in groups, and to work with class teachers to raise learning and attainment. You will be part of a supportive and ambitious team committed to helping every child reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.

Responsibilities
  • Support children individually or in groups to raise learning and attainment.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to create a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the inclusive and supportive culture of the school.
Qualifications
  • Natural communicator with the ability to relate well to both children and adults.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team.
  • Good standard of education (5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • Belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities.
