Position Details: Full Time, Fixed Term until 31st March 2027. Salary: BG12‑BG13 (£42,839 ‑ £50,269) – dependent on experience. The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
Working Environment: Based at B Bond in Central Bristol, in an open‑plan office overlooking the Floating Harbour and Clifton Suspension Bridge. Easy transport links and nearby amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments of potential Special Guardians, engaging, assessing, and analysing candidates.
- Support transitions, review and assess support needs, and provide ongoing support to established Special Guardians and children in their care across the city.

- Experience and knowledge related to Kinship Care and Special Guardianship.
- Systemic thinking and anti‑discriminatory & anti‑racist practice.
- Confidence in having courageous conversations to achieve good outcomes for children.
