The Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership (KBSP) brings together statutory partners—including Bristol City Council, Avon & Somerset Police, BNSSG Integrated Care Board, Probation, and Avon Fire & Rescue—alongside a wide range of voluntary and community organisations. The KBSP Business Unit supports the partnership to deliver its statutory responsibilities and strategic priorities.

A key part of that support is with the co‑ordination of the day‑to‑day business of the partnership, acting as one of the officers providing this co‑ordination support. The role provides an exciting opportunity to influence practice across the city and make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and adults.

As a Senior Partnership Co‑ordinator, you will provide support to partnership activity through arranging and coordinating meetings, maintaining planners, preparing papers, minute taking, maintenance of action plans, and support with financial transactions among other things.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and resilient individual who can work effectively and thrive in a varied and fast‑paced environment. You will bring:

  • Knowledge of multi‑agency safeguarding and community safety partnerships.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively gather information in a variety of forums such as meetings and workshops.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills.

This is a key role supporting Bristol’s safeguarding and community safety workforce. If you are passionate about partnership working and committed to improving outcomes, particularly for excluded and vulnerable people, we would love to hear from you.
