The Hope Virtual School in Bristol is seeking an Education Advocate (Primary Phase) to join a dedicated, child-centred team.

This role focuses on securing high aspirations, strong progression pathways and positive educational outcomes for children in care.

You will work across networks to promote high-quality practice, manage PEPs, and use data to drive timely support for attendance and attainment, while collaborating with schools, carers and partners to break down barriers.
