Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for the learning of individual children or small groups to achieve defined progression targets.
- Assume class leadership on occasion, delivering specific curriculum areas.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support students' progress and deliver tailored interventions.
- Engage regularly in team meetings to share practice and adapt provision.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and carers.
- Implement and support strategies that scaffold learning for diverse needs.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least an NVQ3 (or equivalent) or currently working towards this qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEND in mainstream or special school settings.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS check and fully supportive references required.
- Fluent spoken English (required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
