Overview
In this role you will provide high-quality employment law guidance within the Council’s Commercial & Governance Team. You will manage a varied employment tribunal caseload with limited supervision, handling complex grievance and disciplinary matters. You will work as part of a busy, supportive legal team to deliver effective services for Bristol residents. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied employment tribunal caseload with minimal supervision
- Provide high-quality legal advice on complex grievance, disciplinary, and other employment-related matters
- Advise on a broad range of employment law issues to support the Council
- Handle employment tribunal proceedings independently
- Collaborate with the Legal Services team to deliver effective public services to Bristol
