The Homelessness Prevention Team is looking to recruit to a Team Leader vacancy.
The team work with households that are homeless or threatened with homelessness with a strong focus on prevention and aiming to resolve clients housing difficulties at an early stage.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team and demonstrate a commitment to working with clients that are at risk of homelessness.
You will need to have strong decision making skills and ability to ensure that target deadlines are met.
As the team is customer facing you will mainly be required to work within the office supporting and leading a team of Housing Advisors delivering the service.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
