We are looking for passionate and committed Family Hub Support Workers to join our teams across Bristol’s Family Hubs and Early Help services, supporting families across East, Central, North and South Bristol.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children, young people and families, helping them to thrive, build resilience and access the right support at the right time.
Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming first point of contact, offering clear information, guidance and signposting families to relevant services and professionals.
- Deliver activities, offer advice and connect families to the right local services within Family Hub spaces.
- Work alongside partner organisations to ensure families receive timely, effective support that meets their needs.
- Contribute to the day‑to‑day delivery of services in partnership with others, adapting to work across multiple sites as required.
- Flexible working and flexitime, with hybrid arrangements available.
- Membership of the Local Government Pension scheme.
