Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing a central and essential role in our service, supporting frontline Housing Options colleagues across Bristol City Council.
  • Carrying out suitability assessments to ensure a safe and secure home for homeless clients, working with other colleagues to ensure efficient ending of placements and managing our internal transfer process.
  • Managing internal systems with precision and a keen attention to detail.
  • Providing valued in‑person sign‑ups for clients who are moving into our homes within statutory and legal framework.
  • Helping us deliver a responsive, compassionate, and efficient service to those facing homelessness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high‑quality results.
  • Experience in administrative processes, especially in housing, social care, or public services.
