Full Time, Fixed Term until March 2026. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Administrator to join our existing WorkWell West team across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) region.
The Team
The Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, (BNSSG), and their lead delivery partner, Bristol City Council, are delighted to have been chosen to pilot the national WorkWell scheme in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The scheme supports people who are employed or seeking employment but feel that health is a barrier.
WorkWell brings together local authorities, health, education, community and voluntary services to provide tailored support to people at risk of leaving work or being unable to return after a period of sickness. By working with people to tackle barriers that can lead to economic activity, the scheme promises to change lives for the better and help grow the local economy.
The Tasks
We are looking for individuals who are organised, thorough, with excellent attention to detail, and who can prioritise their workload effectively. Good communication skills are required to maintain relationships within the team and with participants. Responsibilities include:
- Using computer systems and programs such as Microsoft SharePoint and entering data into our Contact Resource Management system (CRM) – full training will be provided.
- Demonstrating confident, friendly and professional telephone manners.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions within the CRM.
- Greeting the public, answering questions and queries over the phone about the project.
- Supporting the wider team with printing materials and resources.
- Assisting other members of the Employment Support team with various admin tasks as needed.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
