Responsibilities
- Provide searchroom and enquiry services, assisting researchers with identifying and accessing archival materials.
- Work on collections projects, including listing and digitising records.
- Participate in occasional engagement activities.
- Support the team in maintaining the daily operation of the searchroom, including cleaning and organising collections.
- Work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; occasional Saturdays, evenings and public holidays may be required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of the value of archival sources for diverse audiences.
- Experience in archival or library services is desirable.
