Based at City Hall, with hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Bristol Autism team Service as a Triage and Support Coordinator.
As the first point of contact for the Bristol Autism Team, you will provide high quality, specialist advice to families seeking support, including signposting to alternative services where appropriate.
You will support in delivering training to educational settings and with families across Bristol, promoting positive outcomes for neurodivergent young people with social communication and interaction needs (SCIN) including Autism.
You will contribute fully to the Bristol Autism Team and wider services across the Local Area and within the Local Authority.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
