An accommodation provider is looking for a Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly team on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Parcel management
  • Answering telephone and providing effective resolutions
  • Additional ad-hoc administration duties such as compilation of letters and emails
  • Managing and responding to customer queries, escalating as required
  • Customer orientation and escorting customers to their rooms
  • Assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests
  • Assisting with checking customers in and out if required

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work at pace
  • Happy working in a team and on an individual basis
