Parcel Delivery Drivers Wanted - Bath
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary - until approx. 31st August
Pay: £13.37 per hour (Mon-Sun)
Schedule: 2pm-8pm approx. 42-hours per week - 5 to 6 days out of 7 - availability required for weekend working
Pertemps is currently recruiting reliable Parcel Delivery Drivers to work with our reputable client in Bath. If you enjoy being out on the road and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Sort mail and load your van at the start of your shift
- Deliver parcels (and occasional letters) to residential addresses
- Use a hand-held device to scan items and capture customer signatures
- Provide friendly, helpful service to every customer
- Occasionally complete delivery routes on foot
- Full UK manual driving licence (held at current UK address)
- Maximum 6 penalty points - no driving bans
- Willingness to complete a DBS check
- Experience in customer service or delivery (preferred, not essential - training provided)
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently
