We are looking for a charismatic, creative and enthusiastic candidate to join and support our highly skilled colleagues in the Pastoral team as soon as possible. If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you:

  • analysing changing patterns of behaviour across the school;
  • taking responsibility for the set-up and running of the behaviour support unit (BSU);
  • providing other administrative support for the pastoral team, as required.

You are likely to have gained behaviour management and data analysis skills through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us a positive, solution focussed and highly rigorous approach to the role.
