We are looking for a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic Food Ambassador to join our team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation and service, and wants to make a positive difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming residents into the dining area and providing excellent front of house service
  • Presenting meals in an appetising and engaging way
  • Explaining menu choices using pictures or translation apps where needed
  • Preparing attractive table settings, including floral arrangements and dining displays
  • Serving beverages and ensuring dining areas are fully prepared and well maintained
  • Setting tables and maintaining a comfortable, welcoming dining atmosphere
  • Supporting with crockery, cutlery, and glassware audits and stock checks
  • Gathering resident feedback to help improve the dining experience
  • Working closely with catering and care teams to ensure residents receive outstanding service

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, friendly, and caring attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and presentation
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • A passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable dining experiences
  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, restaurants, hotels, or care settings would be beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Pay – £13.45 per hour

Hours – 21 per week
