We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our excellent team of Bank Registered Nurses at Beech House in Thornbury. We will consider newly qualified as well as experienced nurses. We invest in our staff, the environment, and our equipment to ensure that you have everything you need to fulfil your role. Please note that due to the nature of the position, we require at least 1 year of experience in adult nursing, preferably in a care home.

Responsibilities and duties for the Registered Nurse role are:

  • Develop friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.
  • Enable residents to maintain their well-being by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests.
  • Lead by example of excellent attitude and care practices.
  • Manage the care of allocated Residents.
  • Manage the performance of Carers during your allocated shifts.

Hours: Bank

Requirements for the Registered Nurse role:

  • Current registration with the NMC

PAY: As an employee you will earn £23 to £24 per hour, with a 10% enhancement on weekends and 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays.
