We are currently looking for a Bank Ancillary Worker at Glebe House in Almondsbury. This role is to provide cover in the kitchen, laundry and domestic where required on a relief basis. Bristol Care Homes is a group of four nursing homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Responsibilities and duties for the Bank Ancillary Worker role are:
- To be on duty as required by the duty rota
- Ensuring cleanliness of the home to the required standard
- Provide and maintain a high standard of all aspects of the laundry, kitchen and domestic processes
- To be willing to work in all ancillary areas
- To attend and participate in the orientation and in-service training programmes
- To comply with Bristol Care Homes policies and procedures
Pay: Salary: £13.45 (Age 21+) per hour plus 10% enhancements for any weekend hours and 50% extra on Bank Holidays. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
