We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals looking to join our excellent team of Bank Registered Nurses at Beech House in Thornbury. We will consider newly qualified as well as experienced nurses. We invest in our staff, the environment, and our equipment to ensure that you have everything you need to fulfil your role. Please note that due to the nature of the position, we cannot take newly qualified nurses in a Bank position, we require at least 1 years experience of adult nursing preferably in a care home.

- Develop friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.
- Enable residents to maintain their well‑being by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests.
- Lead by example of excellent attitude and care practices.
- Manage the care of allocated Residents.
- Manage the performance of Carers during your allocated shifts

As an employee you will earn
- £23 to £24 per hour
- 10% enhancement on weekends
- 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays
