We are currently looking for people to cover vacant shifts in our Domestic and Laundry teams at Beech House in Thornbury. Bristol Care Homes is a group of four nursing homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We provide top quality, holistic care to our residents and are known for our good reputation. We take pride in the quality of care and environment we provide.
As a Domestic and Laundry Assistant, you will receive:

Responsibilities include:
- Being on duty as per the duty rota
- Following Bristol Care Homes policies and procedures
- Performing general cleaning duties around the home
- Ensuring cleanliness to the required standard
- Carrying out cleaning and deep cleaning tasks
- Using correct cloths and chemicals for each task
- Handling chemicals safely, adhering to regulations
- Disposing of rubbish properly
- Attending relevant training sessions
Hours: Various hours to cover sickness and holiday leave
Pay: As an employee (age 21+), you will earn:
- 10% enhancements for weekend hours
- 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays
