Bristol Care Homes is a group of four nursing homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We provide top quality, best value, holistic care to our residents, and are an established company with a good reputation for the care we provide.

Responsibilities and duties for the Bank Carer role are:
- Delivering high quality personal care to our residents
- Ensuring that every individual within the home has a personalised and meaningful experience of life
- Participating in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff
- Maintaining the dignity and privacy of residents and respecting their individual needs
- Assisting with serving meals and drinks
- Assisting with other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Attending and participation in orientation, mandatory and other training as required
Requirements for the Bank Carer role:
- Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment
PAY: As an employee (21 years +) new to care, working alternate weekends, you can expect a starting rate of £12.70 per hour, 10% additional pay at weekends, and 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.
