Actual Annual Salary: £22,213 – £24,211 (Based on full time hours, term time only)

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week Term Time Only plus INSET Days

Provisional Start Date: September 2026

Overview: We are looking for a SEN Administrator to provide highly effective and efficient administrative support to the SENDCo and SEND team to ensure the school provides excellent education for all students with SEND.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain student files.
  • Arrange and take minutes of meetings with parents and external agencies.
  • Prepare documentation for EHCPs and upload information.
  • Diary management of SENDCo.

Require sound organisation skills and confident communication; liaison includes senior leaders, parents, students and external agencies.
