Bristol Bears Community Foundation seeks a Post 16 Careers Officer to support young people aged 16-21 through impactful employability programmes. You will lead the 'Boost Your Future' initiative and help build skills and confidence for future opportunities.

This role involves delivering sessions in community settings, collaborating with local employers, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld. Experience working with young people and the ability to deliver maths and English skills will be essential.
