Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement.

Our newly refurbished concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.

We are expanding your in-house team at Bristol Beacon to deliver daytime and overnight venue turnarounds and get-ins/get-outs.

As Casual Venue Crew you will ensure our spaces are reset, tidy, and fully presentable ahead of the next scheduled activity.

You will be comfortable with sustained manual handling and physical work.

Able to read and follow basic layout/floor plans and familiar with using tools and completing basic repair tasks.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a venue, events, or similar operational role and knowledge of safe manual handling practices, but training will also be given.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

We are looking for applicants who have the ability to work a varied schedule across nights, evenings, days and weekends to facilitate events within our iconic building.
