Bristol Auto Electrical is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Motor Trade Parts Adviser to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with experience in the motor trade or plant industry, a good knowledge of vehicle parts, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries and customer orders.
- Serving customers at the front counter.
- Assisting customers with identifying and sourcing vehicle parts.
- Carrying out stock control and inventory duties.
- Helping with warehouse duties when required.
- Working closely with the team to provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the motor trade or plant industry.
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, organised, and practical approach to work.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £28,100–£31,200 per year.
