We are recruiting for a commercially minded and proactive Retail Performance Executive to support the delivery of Bristol Airport’s ambitious retail strategy. Working closely with our Retail, Food & Beverage and Advertising partners, you’ll monitor and analyse performance and insights, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and help ensure consistently high operational, customer service and health & safety standards across the airport.
You will be required to attend site 5 days per week with flexibility to work earlies, days and lates to meet the needs of the operation.

You will support revenue growth by identifying activities and opportunities to boost income generation. You will analyse insights and data, whilst keeping abreast of industry trends and competition in order to provide insights to business partners to optimise trading. You will be a visible presence in the operation, sometimes during our busier times such as early mornings or late at night, in order to build excellent relationships and become the go-to person for support. You will monitor presentation, health & safety and compliance, forming structured action plans to ensure top quality performance in all key areas. You will collaborate with airport operational management to maintain a safe, welcoming and efficient retail environment, collaborating with customer relations in the efficient and effective resolution of complaints.

You will have commercial acumen and a proven ability to bring effective, influential working relationships with the ability to professionally challenge. You will have a good understanding of compliance and process with excellent attention to detail. You will have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and adhere to strict deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated, with examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and an active team member. You will have the ability and confidence to analyse data and insights to provide recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
