About the Role
Graduating in 2026 (or recently graduated) and looking for your first professional role in Quantity Surveying? This is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience in a live, operational airport environment, supported by an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with cost estimates, cost plans and cashflow forecasts
- Supporting procurement, tendering and contract documentation
- Working with Project Managers on cost control, value management and risk
- Assisting with contract administration, variations and final accounts
- Supporting monthly cost reporting, forecasting and KPI reporting
- Gaining exposure to NEC contracts, regulated environments and aviation standards
Qualifications
- Are completing a RICS-accredited MSc in 2026 (or recently completed in 2025)
- Intend to enrol on the RICS APC programme or already enrolled
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn in a complex infrastructure setting
- Interest in major projects, infrastructure and aviation
