Bristol Airport is one of the UK’s fastest-growing airports, offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Infrastructure & Development team as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, working on complex, high-value aviation and infrastructure projects. About the Role

Graduating in 2026 (or recently graduated) and looking for your first professional role in Quantity Surveying? This is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience in a live, operational airport environment, supported by an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with cost estimates, cost plans and cashflow forecasts
  • Supporting procurement, tendering and contract documentation
  • Working with Project Managers on cost control, value management and risk
  • Assisting with contract administration, variations and final accounts
  • Supporting monthly cost reporting, forecasting and KPI reporting
  • Gaining exposure to NEC contracts, regulated environments and aviation standards

Qualifications

  • Are completing a RICS-accredited MSc in 2026 (or recently completed in 2025)
  • Intend to enrol on the RICS APC programme or already enrolled
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Curious, proactive and keen to learn in a complex infrastructure setting
  • Interest in major projects, infrastructure and aviation
