Transform how Passengers engage with Bristol Airport. We’re looking for a commercially minded, digitally fluent Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to transform how passengers engage with our airport—before they even arrive. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of retail, travel, and technology, where your work directly influences revenue, customer experience, and brand perception.
About the Role: You’ll own and evolve our ecommerce and digital marketing strategy, delivering seamless, data-driven experiences that inspire passengers to shop, book, and engage across every touchpoint. You'll be part of a wider commercial team and will have line management responsibility for our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive. This is a full time, hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office, with the ability to flex start and end times in line with business need and to support a healthy work life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development roadmap for our ecommerce channels, driving continuous improvement through conversion rate optimisation, ATV growth and enhanced user experience.
- Manage PPC and affiliate performance, ensuring agencies deliver demonstrable ROI and cost-effective route to market.
- Own the relationship with our ecommerce platform providers, ensuring delivery of agreed SLAs and projects to time and budget.
- Work collaboratively with our Commercial and Marketing teams on coordinated campaigns that drive direct bookings through CRM, promotions and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with our IT and Finance teams to ensure 3rd party suppliers are cyber secure and PCI compliant.
- Utilise data, monitoring and reporting on ecommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimisation and ATV growth.
- Be a trusted expert, keeping abreast of ecommerce and AI trends and innovations.
