National Account Manager – Specification (Social Housing) Northern Territory (incl. Location: Remote Position Permanent, full time. Join our team as a National Account Manager – Specification, where you will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships within the social housing sector. Your focus will be on driving sales growth through innovative specification-led solutions. Create and execute a strategic Business Plan for the social housing sector, aligning with the Specification Channel’s objectives. Organise and conduct successful sales meetings with both prospective and existing clients, utilising online platforms and face-to-face engagements. Manage specified projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication with all relevant parties. Foster strong relationships with the wholesale sales team to share insights and drive joint opportunities. Represent Bristan at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance our presence in the sector. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying gaps and implementing strategies for improvement. Proven experience in specification sales, account management, sales, or a relevant field within the construction industry, particularly in social housing. A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Knowledge of the social housing sector, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals is a plus.
