We’re recruiting a Business Transformation Lead to shape and drive BrisDoc’s organisation-wide transformation agenda. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on our Extended Leadership Team, you’ll have genuine scope to influence strategy and turn priorities into measurable improvements for patients and the co-owners who deliver our services.
You’ll also chair our Transformation Board, bringing clarity to decisions, maintaining delivery discipline, and ensuring change is purposeful, inclusive and grounded in evidence.
What you’ll lead:
- BrisDoc’s organisation-wide transformation programme and portfolio
- Transformation governance and prioritisation through the Transformation Board
- Cross-organisational change from discovery to delivery and adoption
- Business cases and options appraisals that balance benefits, cost, risk and feasibility
- Impact tracking and performance insight so improvements are measurable and sustained
- A culture of continuous improvement that empowers teams and improves services
Your team:
You’ll lead a small, high-impact Transformation Team: Senior Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst and Project Manager.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience leading organisation-wide transformation in complex or regulated settings
- Pragmatic use of recognised change/improvement approaches (Lean, Agile, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Strong business case and options appraisal capability
- Confident stakeholder leadership with constructive challenge and emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical capability and experience using data to inform decisions and communicate impact
- A values-led, inclusive leadership style and commitment to co-ownership principles

Salary: £65,000–£78,000 (DOE) | Hours: 30–37.5 per week (flexible/agile working considered) | Benefits: NHS pension (23.7% employer), 25 days’ annual leave (rising with service), wellbeing support and discounts.
