BrisDoc is a clinician-led, employee-owned social enterprise delivering NHS urgent and primary care across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated individual to join our Business Services team and help support the smooth running of our Head office and wider organisation.

As a Business Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our head office and Business Services function. You'll provide a welcoming front‑of‑house service, help keep the office running smoothly, and support a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Office administration and customer service
  • Communication and organisation
  • Record keeping and business processes
  • Supporting meetings and stakeholder groups

You’ll be supported to learn, ask questions and develop your confidence in a professional office environment. If completing the apprenticeship, you’ll receive paid off‑job training and support to successfully complete your qualification.

Pay and working hours:

  • Salary: £13.45 per hour
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (includes college time if apprenticing)
  • Contract: Apprenticeship or 2-year fixed term
  • Location: BrisDoc Head office, Osprey Court, Hawkfield Business Park, Bristol
