Join us at the Homeless Health Service and work with our dynamic team. We need a GP to work at our main site offering holistic and psychologically informed primary care to the homeless population of Bristol. We are committed to a high level of empathetic care, as well as effective clinical management, aiming to reduce the harm caused by homelessness and addictions including both physical and mental health problems.
Main duties of the job
- Provide exemplary and holistic care for patients who are homeless or vulnerably housed.
- Join a small team of experienced GPs providing assessments and interventions to individuals in a variety of non-traditional settings.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team, to support individual patients and the delivery of the right care, first time.
