The Juice Plus+ Company is a multi-million-dollar competitor in the health and wellness industry, utilising a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products in pursuit of our mission to Inspire Healthy Living Around the World.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, commercially astute Business Development Specialist to work with our independent Partners assisting them in optimising their business activity leading to increased sales. You will be fully trained in all you need to know.

Your Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Advise, guide, and educate Partners on all elements of the Compensation Plan, Incentives, and Promotions to drive growth in businesses.
  • Work alongside the Regional Director to develop and support the creation of training sessions for Partners both in-person and online, tracking business performance and ROI for the company.
  • Monitor sales, volume data, and trends, proposing corrective measures if necessary.
  • Continuously follow up on Leader progress, coaching for success; outline specific monthly plans for achieving goals, coordinated with corporate activities.
  • Capture and share Best Practices with field leaders, Regional and EMEA Business Development teams.
  • Generate social engagement via social media platforms and partner activity groups.
  • Attend National Conventions and Leader events/meetings in person and online to develop engagement and identify training needs.
  • Analyse (internal and external) market data and trends and recommend appropriate measures and actions.
  • Ensure Partners are operating appropriately within the company Compliance Guidelines.

You Will Bring

  • Good standard of education (ideally graduate in a Business-related degree or of graduate calibre).
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing-related role, or strong potential to excel in this area.
  • Skilled at working individually and within a national team-oriented, collaborative environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; empathetic ability to communicate effectively both internally and with our Partners (public speaking skills would be advantageous).
  • Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude; proactive and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Flexibility around work hours – Some weekend work is required.
  • Charismatic with the ability to be the centre of positive energy and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand the story behind the data, draw conclusions, and propose appropriate measures.
  • A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition, and lifestyle.
