Job Description Production Line Manager - Lead Inspire. Deliver. Excellence. About the Role We are looking for a Production Line Manager who leads from the front with integrity and purpose. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will nurture high-performing production teams, drive quality standards, and ensure a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing operation that consistently delivers for our consumers and clients. As Production Line Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day production performance while shaping a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will balance leadership with operational excellence, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency are never compromised. A strong understanding of production, compliance, with a commitment to driving continuous HSE, quality, and people investment. Sound judgement and confident decision-making when resolving issues in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Strong commercial awareness, managing production costs to meet budget and profit targets without compromising quality and leadership. Collaborative leadership skills, working effectively with all colleagues to implement corrective and preventative action plans. Clear, confident communication at all levels of the business. A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop. Adaptability and confidence using manufacturing IT systems. Experience ~ Previous experience managing production operations is desirable, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
